Lindsay Cochran has always used a wheelchair from when she was 2-years-old. She was born with a rare disorder known as Spinal Muscular Atrophy and that meant she will not be in a position to indulge in some of the activities that other children of her age do. Though that is the case, Lindsay’s spirit has never been broken by her condition.
She cries little, but laughs often – in short, she is a happy kid. The little girl is a blessing and through her, the family has been able to walk through paths that seemed impossible. They have been taught to take life one step at a time. That was revealed in a blog post known as Everyday Health by Tracy Cochran (her mother.)
Lindsay’s life has been made comfortable by her loving older brother and this has been shown in the clip below. He lets others know that she is like any other normal person and every year he participates in a race that collects funds to find the disease’s cure.
Kindly take your time and watch the touching video below and see how strong their bond is. I couldn’t hold back my tears at the 1:45 mark when Trenton cried.
