“Hallelujah” without doubt is one of those super popular songs that have been performed a number of times before.
It is a song that has certainly made its rounds, whether sang by famous artists like Celine Dion or the upcoming artists who perform on competition shows.
On Britain’s got talent semifinal performance, 160-plus-piece Welsh choir Côr Glanaethwy took the stage, an action that made everybody go wild.
It had been thought that the best presentation of this choir was during the “Benedictus,” performance at the auditions, but this last one took them a way further from where it was.
After all the four judges, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, and David Walliams saw this, they gave them a green light feedback.
One of the judges commented that it was very possible that they may be looking at the Britain’s got talent winners because every one of them had given them a higher mark. He went ahead to say that the choir had marked a big difference from the others that had presented.
As for Dixon, he said that it was his highlight because of how powerful and magical it was. At the 1:41 mark, the choir increases the sound, and by 2:16, the effect was great!
