The day I graduated from high school is one of the days I will never forget in my life. Though I was excited that going to college was my next destination, I was equally sad that I was separating with most of my friends. It was surely an emotional moment. I believe I’m not alone when it comes to that.
In the video below, JP Wallace, who is 18 years of age has found himself in the same situation. He has been a student at Lapeer High school and finally has to graduate in the 2016 graduation ceremony. So when he got the chance to address his friends, he did something that everyone will live to remember.
He did his own rendition of “7 years,” a song by Lukas Graham. In his spectacular rendition, he reveals how his mother advised him when it comes to making friends and after some moments, his lyrics change and he starts to address his fellow graduates. He appreciated the moments they have spent together and reveals that even though he knows they have to separate; he will live to remember the memories. His message is so powerful that it leaves everyone in tears.
